Atletico Madrid managed to convert a late goal with a goal to win three goals at home to Espanyol, the game was held within the thirteenth round of the Spanish league.
Atletico Madrid returned to chase Real Madrid and Barcelona after they climbed to third place and reached the point 24, one point behind leaders Barcelona and Real Madrid, and managed to beat Espanyol 3-1 and managed to score three goals after receiving his own goal in the 38th minute Sergei Darder, but Atletico Madrid Adriano Correa scored the equalizer in the 46th minute. Atletico 's second goal came in the 58th minute through Alvaro Morata and the game continued until 91 minutes to give Cookie the third goal.
With this precious win Atletico managed to climb to third place with 24 points, and freeze Espanyol in nineteenth place with 8 points.

تمكن فريق اتليتكو مدريد من تحويل تأخرة بهدف الى الفوز بثلاثه اهداف على ضيفه اسبانيول , اقيمت المبارة ضمن الجوله الثاله عشر من الدورى الاسباني .
عاد فريق اتليتكو مدريد الى مطاردة ريال مدريد وبرشلونة بعد ان صعد للمركز الثالث ووصل للنقطة 24 بفارق نقطة واحدة عن برشلونة وريال مدريد اصحاب الصدارة , واستطاع الفوز على فريق اسبانيول 3-1 وتمكن من احراز ثلاثه اهداف بعد ان استقبل هدف فى مرماه فى الدقيقة 38 عن طريق اللاعب سيرجى داردير , ولكن تمكن لاعب اتليتكو مدريد ادريانو كوريا من احراز هدف التعادل فى الدقيقه 46 , ثم جاء هدف اتليتكو الثانى فى الدقيقة 58 عن طريق اللاعب الفارو موراتا واستمرت المبارة حتى الدقيقة 91 ليحز اللاعب كوكى الهدف الثالث .
بهذا الفوز الغالى تمكن اتليتكو من الصعود للمركز الثالث برصيد 24 نقطة , وتجمد إسبيانيول فى المركز التاسع عشر برصيد 8 نقاط .
