يبدا اليوم المنتخب المصرى مشواره فى تصفيات امم افريقيا بلقاء منتخب كينيا المؤهله الى بطوله كاس امم افريقيا 2021 المقرر اقامتها فى الكاميرون .
ويواجه المنتخب المصرى صعوبات كثيرة واصابات فى اكثر من مركز , بدات المشاكل منذ بدايه فترة الاعداد من عدم تواجد المخترفين لصعوبه ضمهم بسبب المباريات فى الدوريات الاوبيه , وايضا توقف الدورى العام المصرى , ثم انشغال انديه المصرى وبيراميدز بمباريات كاس الكزنفيدراليه الافريقية , وازمة نادى بيراميدز مع المنتخب وعدم ارساله لاعبيه .
ثم جائت الاصابات لتكمل صعوبات المنتخب قبل مواجهتى كينيا وجزر القمر , اولا اصابه محمد صلاح نجم المنتخب ونادى ليفربول الانجليزى فى كاحل القدم وتاكد غيابه لمدة 10 ايام , ثم اصابه حمدى فتحى نجم خط وسط المنتخب فى الفترة الاخيرة بقطع فى غضروف الركبه وغيابه فترة لا تقل عن 6 اسابيع .
وقد عبر المدير الفنى حسام البدرى الاعلاموعدم تقديرة للظروف الصعبه التى تلاحق المنتخب منذ بدايه فترة الاعداد , ولكنه صرح انه واثق من الفوز والاداء القوى للاعبى المنتخب المتواجدين حاليا وانه عنده بدائل فى كل مركز , وطلب من الجمهور تشجيع ومؤازة المنتخب بكل حماس حتى تكون البدايه قويه وناجحة .

Coach Hossam Al-Badri expressed the media and the lack of appreciation for the difficult circumstances that have been chasing the team since the beginning of the preparation period, but said he is confident of winning and the strong performance of the players currently present and that he has alternatives in each center, and asked the public to encourage and support the team with all enthusiasm so that the beginning is strong and successful .
